The planning concept, with its approach of keeping the rudimentary block structure while at the same time preserving the listed building (former Railway Offices), is impressive, both in terms of the fundamental structure and also of the three-dimensional form of the building. The position of the building, as well as the suggested walkways create a new quality of public and community space. This sophisticated pathway structure connects different areas and achieves interesting spatial impressions.
